Kosha Engler is an actress, voice artist and writer based in London.
Hey there. I'm Kosha (KAH-shuh).* I'm originally from Maryland, USA and moved to London in 2005. After graduating from the University of Maryland College Park on a full acting scholarship I made my television debut in HBO's The Wire and regularly appeared on the finest stages in Washington, DC including The Folger Shakespeare Theatre, The Studio Theatre and The Kennedy Center.
Acting highlights include Victoria (ITV/PBS), Hamlet (Park Theatre, directed by Simon Evans), Oleanna (Best Actress Nomination M.E.N. Theatre Awards, Bolton Octagon, directed by Iqbal Khan), When Harry Met Sally (No. 1 UK tour), Emmy-nominated Moonshot (ITV/Discovery), A Dirty Shame (New Line) and Tuck Everlasting (Disney).
You can hear my voice in Furiki Wheels a Disney TV cartoon series airing soon, the sci-fi film The Beyond directed by Haz Dulull, Maybelline UK TV ads since 2012 and dozens of video games, recently Star Wars Battlefront II, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Horizon Zero Dawn, The Division and Crysis 3.
I'm also an emerging screenwriter. My latest feature script, The Fantasy Ridge, is a 2017 Final Draft Big Break Top 10 Finalist in action/adventure. Several of my short scripts have been shortlisted in competitions. Find out more on my writing page.
