Kosha EnglerOriginally from Baltimore, Maryland, Kosha moved to London in 2005.

For first half of 2010 Kosha played Marie in a No 1 UK Tour of When Harry Met Sally with Rupert Hill and Sarah Jayne Dunn for Jamie Wilson Productions. In May Kosha went on as Sally at the Manchester Opera House. Last year she was nominated for ‘Best Actress’ in the Manchester Evening News Theatre Awards for her portrayal of Carol in David Mamet’s Oleanna at the Bolton Octagon. The show, directed by Iqbal Khan, was also nominated for 'Best Production.' Other UK theatre includes Cat’s-Paw by William Mastrosimone (King’s Head Theatre, Time Out Critics’ Choice), Twelfth Night the Musical! with Gyles Brandreth (Guildford and Edinburgh), Women of Manhattan by John Patrick Shanley, the award-winning musical Failed States, and Lady Macbeth in Macbeth.

While in the USA Kosha appeared regularly in Washington DC’s finest theatres in such plays as She Stoops to Conquer and Macbeth (Folger Shakespeare Theatre), Edward Albee’s The Play About the Baby (Studio Theatre), Patience by Jason Sherman (Woolly Mammoth Theatre Co.) and Ayckbourn’s Woman in Mind (Round House Theatre).

On television, Kosha recently played Pat Collins opposite Andrew Lincoln as astronaut Michael Collins in Moonshot (ITV/Dangerous Films), which received two 2010 Emmy nominations: 'Best Made for TV Movie' and 'Best Sound Editing.' Other Film and TV credits include Alive: Swimming with Sharks (Discovery/Darlow Smithson), The Wire (HBO), Superstorm (BBC), A Dirty Shame (New Line) and Tuck Everlasting (Disney). Radio credits include Dr. No with Toby Stephens as James Bond, With Great Pleasure alongside Sir Donald Sinden (both BBC Radio 4), and several radio plays for LA Theatre Works. She has also voiced the heroines of numerous video games.

Kosha received a B.A. in Theatre (Acting) from the University of Maryland College Park, where she earned both a Creative and Performing Arts Scholarship and an Irene Ryan Acting Award.
